You guys cracked me up with the requests for the recipes from our beach meals.
Year before last, I posted everything we cooked, I think. Last year, I didn't post any of them, because I didn't think anyone cared. This year before we even left for the trip, I had a few emails and several tweets from people saying, "PLEASE POST THE RECIPES WHEN YOU GET BACK."
So now I'm clear on that ... you guys want the recipes. Okey-dokey.
I'll take it meal by meal, and I'll give you some posts in between so it's not all recipe posts for a whole week. How's that?
Heather cooked a pork tenderloin, green beans and yeast rolls, and dessert was Banana-Chocolate Chip Cake with Chocolate Sauce. Internet, you ought to just go ahead and add the ingredients for this dish to your grocery list right now, because DE-LISH.
Am I a professional food blogger? NO I AM NOT. So this is the picture you get. That I took with my phone. So sorry. You almost didn't get one at all, because this was in my tummy before you could say "Grass Stains."
