Jake's Big Night: an epilogue

I thought I'd updated you guys on my quest for reimbursement after Jake spent $650 on in-app purchases on iTunes last month -- without our knowledge.

But I guess I didn't, because when news broke yesterday about Apple's agreement to pay $32.5 million to parents, lots of people Tweeted me to tell me they hoped I'd eventually get my money back.

Well, I'm thrilled to say that I DID get ALL $650 back from Apple, and even though it took a couple of weeks and several emails, it was totally worth the legwork to make it happen.

Of course, NOW I can see that our piddly little $650 was a comparative drop in the bucket, but it was a huge deal to us!
