The first craft I've ever been afraid to question

I've always loved the Thanksgiving artwork the kids have brought home, particularly the turkey-themed crafts they've done with their own handprints.

While cleaning out Nick's backpack this week, though, I stumbled across this picture, which perplexes me:

Siamese twin turkeys? Two turkeys doing something really naughty? I don't know what this is about. And I am afraid to ask.
