Captain Obvious is on the case

We've had our current stove for about seven years. All that time, I've sort of wondered why this eye

doesn't seem to bring water to a boil as quickly as this one.

One day last week, I randomly noticed some little words by the two gas controls:

Huh. So the one I use most of the time isn't high-output. INTERESTING.

This is almost as big of a discovery as the day JUST TWO YEARS AGO when I discovered those nifty little prongs that hold the aluminum foil and plastic wrap in place.  #winning
