Wow! A milestone.

I wasn't able to post anything this weekend because we were out of town and I couldn't get on a PC most of the time, but when I got home I was greeted with a pleasant surprise.

At some point today, I surpassed 10,000 visits to my blog! So thank you, to those that I know and who tell me that they enjoy popping in to read the latest tidbit, as well as to those I DON'T know, who come by of their own volition and leave kind comments every once in a while.

It means a lot to me that my little corner of the world attracts anyone at all, so again, thanks!

Just so you know, I check on you folks every day. Keeps me connected between beach trips. Love to see how your boys are growing, especially now that my Jakey is 18 and a senior! I am reliving those precious moments that pass by too fast. Thanks for sharing!

You caught me! I am a fan of your blog, though I have never met you! :) I recently passed the link on to my mommies group and you have a few friends from there now a well :) I love your "slices of life" and almost pee my pants from laughing so hard everytime I read quotes from your boys. :)

Melanie, I'm glad to know you're still coming around! I never know which booger or booger reference is going to drive someone away. :)

Anonymous, thanks for being a "fan"! How exciting it is to have a fan.

I probably account for 10% of your traffic. i visit like 25 times a day and reread posts and watch videos 10 times over. I love it!

Congratulations! My new little blog had 40 hits over the weekend and I am excited. I guess the adventures of a Mommy with three little boys trumps the tale of home inspections. Isn't it strange that the blogs I follow, listed on my business blog, are two mommy blogs? What does that say about the grandfather of six?

Chris, I don't really check my stats very often; as a matter of fact, my dad e-mailed me one day to ask where my sitemeter had gone, because it had been missing for several days ... and I hadn't even realized it was missing! But it's always fun to know that there are SOME readers out there. Makes me feel like I'm not completely wasting my time. :)
