I ma...I had to come back and comment on this post. I made this cake for my house-warming party yesterday, and it was AMAZING, and all but the tiniest of slices was gone by the time it was over. It is thick and sweet enough that you don't want to eat a huge piece, which made it a great party cake because one cake worked for the many many people at my house.
